F.A.Q.

What are you actively doing to help writers?

We are working on both a micro and macro level to address the challenges facing writers today.

Our program Los Feliz Writers focuses on developing a DIY MFA for the neighborhood, by the neighborhood, in the neighborhood nurturing the ecosystem writers need to thrive.

Our program Writers-in-Institutions focuses on embedding creative writers in departments within our government.

How can I get involved?

Sign up for our email list and Instagram! We will be sharing opportunities there.

Why should I trust you guys?

No need to trust us blindly! Come to one of our events and meet us.

We host free community co-working writing events every week in Los Feliz and our staff perform all over Los Angeles.

Are you open to feedback and collaborating!?

Yes! Feedback is necessary for growth, as well as making sure that your intentions and impact align. While having good intentions is important, we care more about having a positive impact.

We know we have blindspots and make mistakes. Please hold us accountable!
